The Sensor Dashboard

The Sensor Dashboard is a utility that provides an overview of all of the items being monitored on the Abrasive Waterjet Machine. The data displayed in the dashboard is for informational purposes only.

Data Monitored by the Sensor Dashboard

The dashboard monitors the following operational parameters:

Pump hours are displayed to the nearest hour by the Sensor Dashboard when the dashboard is first opened. The Pump Hours display does not automatically refresh on its own; however, it can be refreshed manually by clicking on the display itself. To view when the Pump Hours display was last refreshed, move the mouse pointer over the display.

  • When finished viewing the dashboard, click Close.

  • Pump Motor Speed
  • Water Supply Pressure
  • Pressure Deviation
  • Pump Motor Deviation
  • CNC Motor Fault
  • Pump Drive Fault
  • Pump Drive Temperature
  • Pressure Sensor Condition
  • Supply Voltage
  • Pump and Nozzle Health
  • Motor Torque

The data in the dashboard refreshes approximately once per second.

NOTE: 

The above list shows all the parameters that could be displayed in the dashboard. Certain machine and pump configurations will likely display fewer items.
