Arc Flip Selected

Flips the direction of all selected arcs without moving the end points

The mouse wheel can be used to zoom-in and zoom-out while using this command.

Right-click commands

The Arc Flip Selected command changes the direction of all selected arcs without moving the endpoints of the arcs. Some drawing programs create DXF files with bow conventions opposite of LAYOUT and AutoCAD. When these files are imported, all the arcs are inverted. Select the arcs and then use this command to flip them all at the same time.

NOTE:

You can use the Select All command followed by Arc Flip Selected to fix a file. The Arc Flip Selected command has no effect on lines.

The arcs in the drawing on the left were inverted. This was changed using Arc Flip Selected in the drawing on the right.

How to use Arc Flip Selected

1) Select the arcs you want to flip

If all the arcs in the drawing are reversed (as a result of importing a DXF file), use the Select All command. Since lines are not affected by the Arc Flip Selected command, this will invert only the arcs in the drawing.

2) Right-click the Circle button and select Arc Flip Selected.

All the arcs are flipped.
